The Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to help us shape the future of the Photo Imaging, Instax, and Electronic Imaging categories. Your focus will be on driving sales growth by building strong, collaborative relationships and uncovering fresh opportunities to expand our business. Acting as the key link, you’ll represent Fujifilm to both current and prospective customers while also serving as the voice of the customer to internal senior stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll work closely with internal teams — such as Marketing, Product, and Finance to deliver seamless communication, strategic updates, and outstanding account management.
Person Requirements:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager, optimising account performance within a consumer brand.
* Experience working with/for large retailers.
* Proven experience producing regular, insightful reports and presentations to show market trends, business performance and opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with confidence to engage and present to internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* Strong organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a high standard of work whilst meeting various deadlines and business needs.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution focused mindset.
* Proactive and resourceful with a creative thinking mindset to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.
* Must be able to travel to our newly developed Bedford Head Office weekly, and our flagship store in the heart of Covent Garden monthly (or as required). A successful candidate must have a willingness to travel where required for internal and external requirements when needed.
* Full UK Driving License required.
