We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning housing association based in Bedfordshire, who are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time position, with hybrid working (roughly 3 days home working per week) and is paying up to £19.81 per hour via an umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have accounts payable experience. Any experience working within housing/the property sector would be a massive bonus!
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Raising purchase orders
2. Processing invoices (roughly 70 per month, up to £30k in value) for payment
3. Financial reporting
4. Providing administrative support to the rest of the team
5. System: Proactis
Experience required:
6. General finance, including accounts payable
Working hours:
7. 37 hours per week
8. Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
9. Hybrid working (roughly 3 days home working per week)
