The Role: Primary Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teacher to join a fantastic teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to shape young minds and contribute meaningfully to the success of our pupils and the growth of the school. You will be responsible for delivering a broad and balanced curriculum in an engaging and inclusive manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across all subjects in the primary curriculum.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Create and maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom learning environment.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
* Liaise with parents/guardians regarding pupil progress, well-being, and school activities.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and school events.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
* A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* A deep passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to the development and welfare of children.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse group of learners effectively.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
