This role offers a great opportunity to engage in a variety of tasks supporting our sales and administrative functions, contributing directly to our mission of being the leading provider of eco-friendly building solutions. Reporting into the Office Manager the role will focus on program management and updating while coordinating internal and external support functions to achieve an efficient surfacing operation. You will be the central point of contact for contracts managers and supervisors placing material, labour and plant orders and provide a conduit to supply chain. You will work closely with the business development team and will populate the master program with secured orders and support in handover from receipt of order to delivery, you will be a key part of the link between business development and operations. Wha you are You will be Organised and Methodical. You should be flexible and adaptable - (the schedule can change by the hour with weather / delays/ breakdowns etc.) You should be forthright and tenacious. You should be prepared to chase people for information. You should be prepared to hunt out the answer. You should work as part of a team and work on your own initiative. You have experience of working with google sheets / excel. You should be comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You should have experience of coordination or scheduling roles (transport planner / distribution / dispatcher roles) You should be able to be part of the solution (doesn't need to solve the problem but needs to be able to spot a problem and help resolve it) Surfacing experience is desirable.
