Iβm looking for a skilled Contracts & Commercial Manager to take a lead role in managing commercial contracts, supporting bid activity, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-impact role with broad scope, ideal for someone with solid experience in commercial or contract management, and a strong ability to work across technical and legal functions. βοΈπ
π Key Responsibilities:
1. βοΈ Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation, including non-standard terms
2. β
Oversee regulatory compliance across UK and international jurisdictions
3. π€ Manage relationships with external legal adviser
4. π Support complex bids by assessing commercial risk and contributing to tender responses
5. π Coordinate with Bid Team and Product Strategy to develop documentation
6. π Maintain and update the contracts portfolio and bid response library
7. π Support export licence applications and liaise with government authorities
8. π¦ Assist with procurement contracts and corporate legal matters
π― What We're Looking For:
Essential:
9. π Degree-qualified (any discipline)
10. π Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager
11. π₯ Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
12. π£ Strong written and verbal communication skills
13. π Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail
14. π¨ββοΈ Able to manage legal adviser and regulatory input
15. π Strong organisation and deadline management.
Desirable:

19. π§ Background in technology or engineering sectors
