Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across divisions, contributing to projects of varying scale and complexity. From analyzing and resolving application issues to designing and testing solutions, you’ll play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with IT Application Managers to prioritize and deliver business requirements and process enhancements.
2. Engage with business users to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
3. Conduct interviews to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
4. Analyze data to uncover trends and support decision-making.
5. Lead major projects by gathering requirements, mapping processes, developing test and training plans, and executing tests.
6. Adhere to IT standards for requirements documentation, application design, use case development, and training material creation.
7. Develop reports for ERP, CRM, and BI systems based on management and customer needs.
8. Assist in creating data models and database designs aligned with business objectives.
9. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise application issues and functionality queries.
10. Promote effective use of technology across the organization.
11. Deliver end-user training and produce training guides and documentation.
Qualifications
12. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
13. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management or a combination of similar fields.
14. 3 years experience working with MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems) for assembly test protocols, ideally experience supporting a home grown system.
15. 3 Experience with implementations and support with D F&O and CRM desirable.
