Role type and location
Part-time, permanent basis, 18.75 hours per week. Location: Coventry office.

What you’ll be doing
You will support our Coventry office with high-quality administration and coordination. Working closely with the Office Manager, Housing and Support teams, you’ll manage reception duties such as greeting clients, handling calls, monitoring sign-in sheets, and managing post and deliveries. You’ll also maintain accurate tenant records, update our Salesforce system, send communications to tenants, and provide support with scheduling, repairs, and property information management to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, you will:
* Assist with meetings and prepare minutes
* Book and manage appointments on Team Up
* Support housing officers and carry out tenant support work
* Ensure certificates, files, and documentation are updated and stored correctly
What we’re looking for
To be considered as an Admin and Reception Officer, you will need:
* Previous admin experience
* Good organisational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
