Our clients, a highly successful Estate Agency in the Norwich area, are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to drive their Lettings division forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and driven individual who has a background in Lettings. The role will involve gaining new instructions, viewings and closing for business
Working hours:
1. Full Time
2. Monday – Friday
3. Alternate Saturdays
The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:
4. Basic salary up to £30,000
5. Commission structure with on target earnings of £55,000 - £60,000
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:
6. Experience in Lettings industry
7. Strong listing skills
8. Good knowledge of Lettings legislation
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
9. Attending Valuations and closing for Lettings instructions
10. Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
11. Viewings
