Job Responsibilities: Essential Strong health and safety ethics. Time served apprentice in mechanical and/or electrical engineering or HNC in an engineering discipline. Proven hands-on installation and fabrication experience and strong knowledge of a broad range of engineering principles. Project management experience. Contractor control experience. Proficient in Microsoft (especially Word, Excel, Power Point). Great communication skills. Desirable Health and safety accreditations. Experience of tier 1 automotive supply. Experience with die casting machines, furnaces, hydraulic presses, conveyors, assembly cells, ABB robots, Siemens PLCs, CNCs, etc. Personal Attributes Good problem-solving skills. Team player and promotes a team approach to problem solving. Confidence to challenge the status quo. Target driven. Work collaboratively to achieve project/company goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communicator both written and verbally. Ability to work under pressure. Organised and able to multi-task.
