Specialising in selling off plan UK based properties with attractive rental yields, our client has become a market leader within this field. They are now looking for a high calibre 'Head of Sales’, to manage and develop their Property Sales team, based within their office, soon to be located at a new location in Warrington.
As an experienced off plan property sales manager, you will work closely with the team to ensure that they are maximising every potential sales opportunity, developing new and current clients, overseeing both the sales and lead generation teams.
Providing daily coaching and training will be just a part of this challenging role. You will work with individuals to identify training needs, setting sales targets, ensuring that your team are continually motivated to perform to the best of their ability. You will be responsible for exceeding competitors within the Investment Sales Industry and driving your team forward to be the best performing sales team in the UK.
As part of our client’s ambitions expansion plans, you will take ownership of recruiting new team members, developing new agents to fulfil their potential. You will also have the opportunity to organise and attend targeted sales exhibitions and to develop relationships with new clients.
