We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Ascot. The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £18,000 - £20,000 OTE £30,000 Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills: Previous property experience not essential High level of customer service skills ideally with sales experience The desire to work well in a team Sales and target driven Ambitious and motivated with a winning mindset Good telephone manner Well presented Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a long-established, family-run independent estate agency with strong roots across the Ascot and Bracknell areas.
