A seasoned Engineering Manager who has plentiful experience of: Managing managers (tech leads and Engineering managers) and therefore management of teams of teams is key. Experience of working in high growth fast paced scale up environment Past experience in a hands-on engineering role and prides themselves on still be technical Excellent communication skills with experience working with all levels of business. A background of leading / managing teams of Engineers writing business critical/complex solution in polyglot / opensource languages (java, Golang, Python etc) Manage teams capacity, estimation to ensure the team is able to provide an appropriate view of work and suggest potential completion dates.
