We are supporting a well-established and growing organisation in Birmingham City Centre as they look to appoint aSenior FP&A Analyst. This is a high-visibility role within the finance function, ideal for someone who thrives on driving insight, improving performance, and influencing strategic decision-making.
Youll play a key part in shaping financial planning processes, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and delivering high-quality analysis that supports commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles across the organisation
Produce high-quality financial models, scenario analysis and performance dashboards
Partner with senior leadership teams to provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions
Analyse financial results, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
Support strategic projects including pricing, investment appraisal, and profitability analysis
Improve and standardise FP&A processes, reporting packs, and planning tools
Work closely with operational teams to enhance business understanding and financial performance
Present financial insights to Finance, SLT and Board-level audiences
About You:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience
Proven background in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability; experience with BI tools highly advantageous
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused

Salary up to £80,000per annum depending on experience
