About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Assessment and Intervention Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic children’s services environment, supporting families at the point of assessment and early intervention.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake statutory assessments of children and families
* Carry out Section 17 and Section 47 work
* Develop and implement effective intervention plans Prepare high-quality assessments, reports, and care plans
* Work closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard children
* Maintain accurate and timely case recordings
