Outreach Family Support Worker Location: Liverpool Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: Initial 3-month period (with the possibility of extension) About the Role Liverpool Early Help is committed to delivering empowering, strength-based interventions that enable children, young people, and families to make positive and lasting changes in their lives. We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Family Support Worker to join our Early Help team. In this role, you will take the lead in coordinating support for families by working closely with our multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach to meeting identified needs. Key Responsibilities Undertake Early Help Assessments with children, young people, and their families. Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual family circumstances. Chair Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings to review progress and identify additional areas of support. Provide direct support and interventions to children and young people, exploring their views and worries to ensure their voices shape the help they receive.
