Family Solicitor – 1+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, GBP 57,000+ (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded Family Law department. You'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a real passion for client care.
The role
* Manage a varied and interesting caseload including divorce, finances, children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre‑/post‑nuptial agreements.
* Deliver consistently high levels of client service.
* Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement.
Skills required
* Minimum of 1 year PQE; applications also for Family Solicitors.
* Comfortable working with high volumes and complex cases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Calm, professional, and client‑focused under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
