Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced B2B Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design and architect end-to-end solutions that leverage the power of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Engagement Cloud to drive our B2B business success. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions. A deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and expertise in Sales Cloud functionalities are essential. Your deep experience in B2B transformation work will be instrumental in shaping how we evolve our B2B processes moving forward.
Your Responsibilities:
* Solution Design and Architecture:
* Design and architect comprehensive B2B solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Sales Engagement, Sales Enablement, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sales Navigator and Marketing Engagement Cloud.
* Develop detailed solution architecture documents, including data models, process flows, and integration designs that are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Engagement Cloud, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce data models, management, and sharing principles.
* Configure and customise Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements.
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
* Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
* Drive requirements gathering sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
* Engineering Review and Presentation:
* Present solution designs to the Engineering Review Board, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business requirements.
* Address technical questions and concerns from stakeholders and engineering teams.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions, including product management, engineering, and sales.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and progress reports.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce development.
Who you are :
* Experience:
* Proven experience as a Solution and Technical Architect, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Engagement Cloud.
* Extensive experience in B2B environments.
* Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities, including Sales Engagement, Sales Enablement, Campaign Management, and Lead Management.
* Experience with Salesforce data modelling and data management.
* Experience driving requirements gathering with business analysts.
* Technical Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Engagement Cloud.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement integration patterns.
* Familiarity with related technologies and platforms.
* Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Certifications:
* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
