CTI is seeking to appoint a Head of Operations (Payments) for a leading payment service provider.
* Essential: Recent experience within Banking or FinTech sectors
* 15+ years\' experience in an operational leadership capacity within the highly regulated environments (Banking or FinTech)
* A solid history of successful project management, team scaling, and achieving exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
* In-depth knowledge of payment systems, card schemes, and settlement processes
* Proven ability to lead significant change initiatives, effectively managing transitions and aligning new processes with organisational objectives and team strengths
* Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation and the implementation of customer-focused strategies
* Strong analytical skills, capable of utilising data to inform decision-making and enhance process efficiencies
* Experience in overseeing budgets and personnel within an operations division, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
* Proficient in addressing and resolving complex payment-related challenges
* Comprehensive understanding of Compliance, AML, KYC regulations and procedures
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels
* Proven capacity to excel in a rapidly changing, dynamic work environment
