We are working with a well-regarded law firm seeking a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 12 years of experience in property law who is looking to further their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Typical duties will include:
Supporting solicitors with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and landlord & tenant work
Managing and maintaining client files and transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all stages
Liaising with clients, third parties (e.g., agents, landlords, tenants) and other professional advisers to obtain information, exchange documents and progress matters
Conducting title, lease and charge reviews, preparing reports for fee-earners and identifying issues or risks to address
Assisting with time recording, billing, WIP monitoring and general administrative support to the team
The successful candidate will have:
Around 12 years paralegal or trainee experience within commercial property or real estate matters
A sound understanding of commercial leases, property transactions and relevant documentation
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Good communication skills both written and verbal and ability to work as part of a team while taking initiative
Proficiency in using case management systems and standard office IT applications
