<div><p>We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our directorate team as Associate Director of Nursing to help us lead and improve the delivery of community services in Oxfordshire. This pivotal role oversees the quality‑of‑care delivery in our diverse services, driving improvements in quality, safety, patient experience and outcomes for our staff and population. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Associate Director works closely with the Trust’s Chief Nursing Officer and is a key member of the directorate senior leadership team, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the quality agenda. This role offers a significant opportunity for a strong, credible, and resilient nursing leader to operate at a senior level and potentially progress toward a future Chief Nursing Officer role.
