* 3-4 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a creative agency, studio or fast-paced in-house team
* A strong portfolio showcasing bold, refined and thoughtful design across brand, digital and campaign work
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding and digital design principles
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Ability to develop brand identities, campaign visuals and digital-first design systems
* Confidence in taking creative concepts from initial ideas through to polished final delivery
* Ability to present work clearly and explain creative decisions with confidence
* Excellent attention to detail across every stage of a project
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Curiosity, ambition and a proactive attitude towards learning and creative development
* Agency experience
* Experience working across web, motion, packaging, OOH or social content
* Experience using After Effects
* Understanding of designing for digital platforms, responsive websites and social-first campaigns
* Experience working with strategists, developers, content teams or performance marketers
