Maintenance Engineer – Grantham
£37,000–£40,000 | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
We’re on the lookout for a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a busy recycling and waste processing site in Grantham. You’ll be the go-to person for reactive and planned maintenance on a range of machinery — conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and everything in between.
There’s some electrical work involved too, so we’re after someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in and turn their hand to a bit of everything.
What we’re looking for:
1. Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
2. At least 1 year’s experience working on industrial plant or heavy machinery
3. Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic welding
4. A practical problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team
Shift pattern:
12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rotation (days and nights) –
