This private day nursery is part of a trusted national group known for its commitment to child-centred care and learning. The setting offers a warm, inclusive atmosphere with purpose-built rooms, outdoor play areas, and a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing. The team is passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment where every child is valued.
This is a full-time position supporting children aged 0-5 years, with a particular focus on the 0-1 age group. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, including personal care routines, planning engaging activities, and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
What you'll need to succeed
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
* Experience working with children aged 0-5
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Ability to provide personal care and support developmental milestones
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children
