Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a temporary post until 31st March 2026, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-3pm and Thursday 9-12pm. The Role: To provide administrative support within their Sports Development Department. Duties will include but will not be limited to: To provide general administrative and grants administrative support. Responding to grants queries. The use of excel spreadsheets for data entry & Record Keeping. Assisting with reports for monthly working groups. Qualifications/ Experience: 5 GCSE's (Grade C or above) or equivalent. 2 years' experience in grants administration. Experience of using computer software including Microsoft Office. Experience of working in a busy office and working under pressure. Please Note - This position is subject to a Basic Access Ni check.
