Teaching Assistants – Alternative Provision – New Milton
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a specialist alternative provision based in New Milton, supporting pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join this setting from September.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people who require additional care, guidance, and patience in their educational journey.

* Have prior experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs
* Be resilient, calm, and confident in managing behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
