GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Intervention Teacher to work with KS3–KS4 pupils in Nottingham, delivering targeted support across core subjects. This role is perfect for a teacher who thrives on making a direct impact, tailoring lessons to meet individual needs and boosting pupil confidence. Job Responsibilities: Deliver focused sessions in core subjects to support student progress. Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of small groups or individuals. Assess and monitor attainment, setting clear goals for improvement. Provide feedback to pupils, parents, and staff to support ongoing development. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes engagement and motivation. Intervention Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification. Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science. Experience supporting KS3–KS4 students, ideally through targeted intervention. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, flexible, and resilient teaching approach. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
