Job Description:
As a Hospitality Assistant with Sodexo at (InsertLocation), you will play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your daily interactions will directly impact their experience, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth operations.
2. Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, maintaining availability and cleanliness throughout service.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
4. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health standards.
5. Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring smooth service.
6. Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to complete tasks efficiently and to high standards.
What You’ll Need:
* Professionalism and Respect: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and respect for others.
* No Experience Required: Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not necessary. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
