Experience / Qualifications: - Proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally within a UKAS accredited company - Qualified with the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) as a minimum - Robust understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines - Good literacy and numeracy skills - Proficient in using IT software to complete reports - Ideally will have worked across a wide variety of client sites The Role: - Conducting the full range of management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys - Servicing a range of client contracts, including: commercial, domestic and public sector - Compiling detailed survey reports, complete with floorplans - Safely collecting samples from sites for analysis - Adhering to HSE and industry compliance guidelines at all times - Being a key point of contact for clients, answering any technical queries and providing sound advice - Maintaining positive working relationships with clients Alternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Consultant, Asbestos Inspector.
