A leading international education provider is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support a busy London campus environment. This is a varied, people-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and being embedded in a fast-moving organisation.

The role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites, supporting staff, lecturers, and students while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and system continuity
* Onboarding staff and providing IT training
* Installing and maintaining devices, software, networks, and peripherals
* Monitoring servers, backups, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
* Maintaining documentation and internal IT processes
* Supporting classroom AV systems and teaching environments
* Assisting with wider infrastructure projects
* Providing occasional support for events and students

Technical requirements
* 3+ years' experience in IT support or infrastructure
* Strong Windows 10/11 and Windows Server experience
* Solid Active Directory knowledge
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi)
* Comfortable supporting hardware, printers, and general IT infrastructure
