Prime Video is looking for a Head of Product Marketing on a fixed term contract (Maternity Cover) to lead our B2B product marketing strategy for Prime Video Advertising in Europe. This is a high-impact role focused on positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, advertiser engagement, and sales enablement across the region. The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute to a high standard, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is excited to experiment and learn in a data driven environment, using customer data and insight to shape marketing strategies and execution. You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs. This role will lead a team of product marketers and is highly cross-functional requiring close partnership across Ad Sales, Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Brand & Events, Research, PR, and Product teams to drive advertiser consideration, adoption, and advocacy. Key job responsibilities - Shape Prime Video's B2B product marketing strategy in the EU, ensuring alignment with GTM objectives and brand positioning at key industry events. Build a roadmap for B2B marketing activations with Prime Video and Amazon Ads. - Develop messaging and marketing plans that influence advertiser perceptions and deliver sustained awareness of Prime Video advertising across the EU. - Work closely with product marketing, sales, GTM, and Insights to align B2B marketing objectives with business goals. - Develop and manage marketing budgets, optimising spending with data-driven insights. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across product marketing, event strategies and execution. - Build and deliver 'Upfronts' strategy across product marketing and events for Prime Video Ads across EU. - Plan and execute strategic, regional, and local events supporting Prime Video Ads' growth and marketing objectives. Define success metrics, track event performance, and refine strategies based on key insights. - Define event strategies, maintaining high execution standards, audience engagement, and measurable success. - Influence internal stakeholders to secure resources, align priorities, and advocate for marketing needs. - Oversee sourcing, verification and communication of service level and title level insights - Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities. - Establish scalable workflows and approval processes for B2B marketing execution. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and training materials to support the sales process and drive revenue growth. - Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies to enhance Prime Video's leadership in B2B advertising. - Lead and develop a high-performing team of product marketing managers. Basic Qualifications - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - * Professional marketing experience. - * Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - * Extensive experience in product marketing, including experience supporting brand partnerships, and/or high-impact events. - * Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional programs with minimal guidance. - * Strong budget management skills, able to maximize impact while minimizing costs. - * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - * Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and apply insights to improve event performance and refine strategy. - * Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - * Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research - * Experience in the advertising or streaming/media industry. - * Experience with insights platforms, Salesforce, or measurement tools.
