Under the leadership and direction of the Support Officer and the facility Lead Officer, you may have a range of responsibilities including: Providing an efficient reception service by welcoming visitors Answering and returning telephone calls Dealing with customer enquiries Taking payments and cash reconciliation Ensuring appropriate procedures are adhered to. The Person If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined below, we’d like to hear from you: Standard Grades (level 3 or above) or National 5 (level C or above) in English and Mathematics, or equivalent. Good keyboard and IT skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel. Experience of cash handling Experience in a customer facing role A cheery and chatty personality and good organisational skills are vital for this role.
