As a QA Engineering Lead you'll join a newly team working on a Greenfield AI driven product to form the test strategy and introduce testing processes, policies and a 'shift-left' culture. You'll drive quality engineering strategy across a complex software platform, bringing together QA resources into a unified test function for this new team / product.
Collaborating closely with engineering leadership, you will define and evolve testing strategy, frameworks, standard, and processes, ensuring robust functional and non-functional test coverage across the platform. You'll provide technical leadership in test automation, exploratory testing and quality engineering practices, while remaining hands-on in the design and development of scalable, production-grade test frameworks and tooling.
As a trusted authority on software quality, you will mentor and develop engineers, identify opportunities to improve testing effectiveness and champion continuous improvement across the organisation.
