Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
* Interim Secret is required to start
* 2+ years maintenance experience
* 2+ years facilities experience
* 2+ years experience with general maintenance experience
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant •and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, or associated work on plant facilities.
* May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor.
* May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work as necessary.
* May assist with preventative/corrective maintenance.
* Building repairs, painting, carpentry, handyman position. Basic facilities maintenance, trash pick-up, wide range of duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
* Accredited HSD/GED

* 4/10 work schedule
