Following an exciting period of growth and internal restructuring, Trinity Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to step into a warm, established desk with live vacancies ready to work on from day one. This is not a cold start.
You’ll inherit an active pipeline of roles and clients, with support from the consultant previously managing the desk to ensure a smooth handover and immediate momentum.
You’ll be recruiting across our thriving Technical & Engineering division, working on vacancies including:
* Quality Engineers
* Maintenance Engineers
* Health & Safety Managers
* Design Managers
* Manufacturing & Technical Professionals
* …and more.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous recruitment experience with a proven track record in a successful 360 role
Is driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and commercially minded
Has experience recruiting within Technical and Engineering sectors OR a strong technical mindset with 360 recruitment experience
Enjoys building client relationships and developing business opportunities
Thrives in a fast-paced, and driven environment
