Job Description
* Management and tracking of debtor accounts
* Ensuring timely payments of debts
* Processing and reconciliation of invoices
* Dealing with payment queries
* Providing administrative support to the finance team
* Preparing statements reflecting the company's financial status
* Negotiating re-payment plans
* Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
* Knowledge of working in a similar role - Essential
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work within a team
