Our client is an insurance industry niche products provider that works with customers globally. They work with leading OEMs, dealer groups and independent motor dealers on warranty programs.
Role Purpose:
The Group Marketing Director will drive brand growth while safeguarding the organisation’s trusted reputation, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with external regulations and positions the brand ahead of competitors. They will champion a culture of responsible, transparent marketing, embedding best practices across all campaigns and customer touchpoints to strengthen credibility and long-term brand value.
Part of the Senior Management team, you play a key role in shaping Marketing strategy, maintaining brand integrity, and supporting sustainable business growth both in the UK and Internationally.
Core Responsibilities will entail:
* Develop and lead the group-wide marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets
* Identify and prioritise new market opportunities, geographic expansion, and revenue streams
* Contribute at SMT level to commercial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning
* Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
* Define and maintain a consistent, compelling group brand architecture across all entities
* Strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and credibility in both UK and growing international markets
* Monitor and analyse competitor activity, industry trends, and market dynamics
* Oversee development of high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
* Ensure all marketing activity contributes directly to revenue generation and client acquisition
* Optimise digital, content, and performance marketing channels for maximum effectiveness Oversee marketing activity across multiple brands/entities ensuring alignment and efficiency
* Implement and oversee marketing analytics frameworks and reporting systems
* Use data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and inform strategic decisions
* Drive a data-led marketing culture across the organisation
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple locations
* Own and manage the group marketing budget across all entities and regions
