We are looking for a Senior Deputy Manager who wants to train to become a Registered Manager, or an existing Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity and a supportive group environment.
We believe in structured training, a clear support framework, and well-defined responsibilities and processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a professional environment, learn strong systems, understand their role clearly, and develop into an excellent, professional manager.
In this role, the successful applicant will be supported by:
* Their own Deputy Manager
* Senior Carers who also support with office-based tasks
* Group-wide support teams including Area Managers, Quality Assurance and HR
For candidates progressing into management, this is a genuine development opportunity. You will be supported to grow into the role with practical guidance, leadership coaching, and regular operational support. (Where applicable, support can include regular on-site management support each week as part of your development plan.)

Requirements
* Previous care experience is essential
* Professional attitude with a strong appetite to learn
* Some weekend work required
* On-call (shared with the Deputy Manager and Senior Carers)
* 42.5 hours per week
* DBS check required
