One Sightsolutions Ltd, a leading UK based Smart Building technology services company seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the seamless delivery of projects and services across the UK.

* Position type: Full time
* Location: Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, UK.
* Salary: £28k starting with salary depending on experience.

Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the operations function. You will be supporting the Major Project team to coordinate project logistics, support field teams and help ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role suits someone who thrives working in a team environment in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is keen to contribute to the successful delivery of smart building integration and solutions of the future.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Coordination:

Support the delivery and execution of smart building integration projects, including co-ordinating the delivery of materials, ensuring site access requirements are met, tracking site and engineering team's requirements and updating internal systems.

* Resource Management:

Monitor technical teams equipment needs, site attendance requirements, and track third-party contractor reporting.

* Supply Chain Support:

Generate purchase orders, submit to suppliers and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of hardware, components, and tools required for installations and commissioning.

* Client Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, documentation, and service-related queries.

* Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records, project files, and compliance documentation (RAMS, commissioning certificates, etc).

* Process Improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and project delivery workflows.

* Reporting:

Assist with generating project progress reports, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards. For the Operations Manager

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience in a coordination, or project support role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
* Advanced with MS Office/ Teams.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Self-motivated, self-standing, works well as part of a team
* Understanding and experience of a small business environment and the multi-tasking and DIY approach required
* Demonstrable ability of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable

* Experience working in a team environment with a can-do approach, preferably in a construction, BMS, M&E, or IoT sector
* Familiarity with health & safety compliance in a construction or engineering environment.
* Understanding of project driven deadlines.
* Knowledge of MS Project.
