Job Description
3. Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and expense tracking.
5. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
6. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and organisational policies.
7. Provide financial advice and insights to support decision-making processes.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits as required.
9. Monitor cash flow and implement strategies for effective resource allocation.
10. Assist in developing and improving financial systems and controls.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
12. Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
13. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
