As a Channel Partner Manager, you'll own and develop key strategic relationships across our global partner ecosystem. You'll enable partners for success, build robust business plans, and champion collaborative growth—all while pushing boundaries and expanding our market presence.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner Relationship Management

Nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key channel partners

Serve as the go-to contact, ensuring alignment and support across goals

Sales & Growth

Drive joint business plans to meet revenue targets and KPIs

Accelerate adoption and expand our video telematics footprint through strategic partner networks

Enablement & Development

Train and empower partners with tools and knowledge to sell and support effectively

Act as a strategic advisor, guiding partners toward success

Performance Management

Monitor pipelines and sales performance, identifying growth opportunities

Deliver actionable insights and reports to drive continual improvement

Marketing & Promotion

Collaborate on co-branded campaigns and marketing assets to boost visibility and impact

Ensure timely delivery of product updates and promotional materials

Internal Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and customer teams

Translate partner feedback into business and product innovation

Industry Insights

Stay on the pulse of trends, markets, and competition to provide partners with a strategic edge

What You Bring

Experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development

Proven success in the tech, SaaS, or telematics industry

Confident communicator with executive presence and presentation skills

Master of relationship-building, negotiation, and long-term growth strategies

Sales-driven mindset with experience in enablement and pipeline management

Knowledge of video telematics, IoT, or fleet solutions is a big plus

CRM savvy with a data-led approach to performance

Excellent multitasking and project management capabilities

Adaptability in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments

Perks of the Role.

Salary paying up-to £75,000 *Experience dependent

Competitive Bonus structure- +£100,000 OTE

Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm

Remote working
