Customer Service Advisor - Permanent role starting ASAP
Monday to Friday position- standard working hours
Speaking fluent French is a must due to the client you will be assigned to.

Your responsibilities will include :

1. Building strong customer relationships by providing support for assigned customers, to manage customer expectations and actively work with the Customer Care Team on customer intimacy and delivering superior customer experiences.
2. Displaying account management expertise by carrying out requests for changes and dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers.
3. Preparing debit and credit notes, processing customer complaints and returns.
4. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements.
5. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by continuously identifying opportunities for improvement within Customer Care and taking part in projects when relevant.
6. Collaborating with Planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions, actively participating in demand planning meetings.
7. Proactively asking for and acting on customer feedback.


Your professional profile includes:

8. Fluent French speaker
9. Good knowledge and working experience in Exports or International Trade (incoterms, shipping terms etc.)
10. High school education or GCSE (minimum level C equivalent) in English and Mathematics
11. University Degree, or equivalent experience, in business, supply chain or operations management or related discipline is desirable.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. 2 + years' experience in a similar customer focused role
14. Excellent customer service experience
15. Ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
16. Excellent attention to detail
17. An efficient personality with strong time management, administration and customer skills
18. Microsoft Office expertise
19. Experience of using operations management software i.e. SAP or similar. Knowledge and previous experience in using SAP is desirable
