We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing UK technology business specialising in mobile surveillance solutions. As they scale, they’re looking to add three Junior Account Managers to help manage and grow existing customer relationships.
Their technology helps organisations protect people, property, and public spaces, with solutions ranging from mobile CCTV and body-worn cameras to intelligent software and wider site security services.
The Role
This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll support customers and learn the foundations of account management.
You’ll:
* Manage and nurture existing customer accounts
* Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day queries
* Identify opportunities to add value through upsell and cross-sell
* Support senior team members while building your own accounts
You’ll gain hands-on experience with clear progression into a full Account Manager role.
Training & Development
No previous sales experience is required. You’ll complete Furza’s 4-month training programme, designed specifically for graduates and early-career professionals:
* 2–4 weeks of structured, in-office training, covering sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business development techniques
* Ongoing coaching and support for a further two months as you transition into the role
* Regular feedback to help you build confidence and progress quickly
