Area Sales Manager
The Role:
A unique and rewarding opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join a market-leading UK manufacturer of natural food flavourings. Covering the southern region of the UK, you'll be managing an established portfolio of accounts, working with food manufacturers ranging from SMEs to global giants like Pilgrim's, Danish Crown and ABP.
As Area Sales Manager, you'll spend four days a week on the road, building strong relationships with your customers and supporting them through their new product development processes. This role is about much more than selling - you'll become a trusted partner, helping to shape innovative and tasty new food products that appear on supermarket shelves across the UK. The remaining day each week will be spent working from home, planning and preparing for the week ahead.
You'll also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, ensuring the continued growth of your territory.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager role, you will need:
* B2B sales experience, or be a chef looking to move into a commercial role
* A genuine interest in food and flavour development
* A desire to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* The ability to travel across the territory and stay away overnight when required
* A full UK driving licence

The Package for Area Sales Manager:
* £35,000 basic salary
* £10,000-£15,000 bonus and commission - uncapped
* Company car
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
