This is a cross-site leadership role covering Specimen Reception, Phlebotomy, Reception and Stores functions at:

· Princess Royal Hospital (PRH)
· St Richard’s Hospital (SRH)
· Worthing Hospital (WOR)
· Southlands Hospital (SL)
· Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing support services across multiple sites, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, supporting service standardisation, and driving improvements in quality and staff experience.
