SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) - Barnet Primary School
Location: Barnet, North London
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to work in inclusive and supportive mainstream primary schools across Barnet. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting difference in children's lives.
About the SEN TA Role:
* Positions available on a full-time or part-time basis
* Working closely with pupils who have a range of SEN needs
* Supporting learning in the classroom on a one-to-one or small group basis
* Helping to implement tailored support plans and individual targets
* Assisting the class teacher with creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Promoting emotional wellbeing and encouraging positive behaviour
SEN TA Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary school
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support
* A strong understanding of different SEN needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social/emotional challenges
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
