Job Title: Mobile Service Advisor
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent – 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis.
Our client is an independent dealer group operating 61 dealership sites across the UK and Channel Islands. They are seeking a Mobile Service Advisor for their South East Mobile Service division.
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Mobile Service Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in customer care, providing courteous and efficient reception, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with the Mobile Vehicle Team. You will also track vehicle progress through the Workshop and liaise with customers to uphold satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Enhance customer care standards across diverse customer bases.
2. Build rapport with internal and external customers.
3. Follow the customer journey process consistently.
4. Exceed process expectations to deliver exceptional service.
5. Provide value-added sales solutions, promoting products and services ethically.
6. Adapt to business and customer needs flexibly.
7. Manage daily processes including customer updates, workshop progress, debtors, technician communication, and job attendance.
8. Work remotely with a suitable home workspace.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* IT literacy, familiar with web-based processes and stock management systems.
* Previous experience in a service department.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, including complaint handling.
* Experience in customer-facing administrative roles.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Full UK driving license held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
* Experience in a sales environment.
