QLM Business Solutions is hiring a Call Center Agent to join its dynamic team in Manchester, England. This is a part-time, in-person role offering a competitive hourly rate of £25.00–£35.00, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Role Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll also assist with data entry, product support, and upselling opportunities. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone
* Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
* Assist with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
* Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products/services
* Maintain thorough understanding of company offerings
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
* Document customer interactions for future reference
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in call center or customer service roles (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (multilingual candidates encouraged)
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
* Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
