About the Role
Job Title: Program Test Manager
Work Location: Aldershot, England, United Kingdom
Duration: 6 Months contract + possible extension
Purpose of the Role:
The Programme Test Assurance Manager provides independent assurance and oversight of testing activities across major transformation programmes delivered through clients supplier model. The role ensures that supplier-led testing services delivered under the Delivery, Test & Support Framework meet client's governance standards, contractual obligations, and quality expectations.
The role works alongside the supplier Test Manager responsible for delivery, providing programme-level assurance that testing is planned, executed, and reported effectively. This includes validating alignment with the client Test Framework and ensuring appropriate coverage across System Integration Testing (SIT), integration testing, and business validation activities.
Job description:
•15+ years of IT and business/industry work experience including IT Delivery and Senior Test management.
•Experience of on-boarding and managing supplier test services, including Frameworks and service management as agreed in Statements of Work
•Project and Programme Test Management, including multiple programmes/projects
•Expert in the management of automated test teams, tools and processes
•Experience of working on SAAS, PAAS and Cloud based platforms
