Are you an NQ–2 PQE Scottish qualified Commercial Property Solicitor looking to build your career within a supportive and growing team? You will join our Scottish Commercial Property team based in Edinburgh, working with well-regarded solicitors on a varied and interesting caseload. This role offers hands‑on experience, structured support, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the wider practice.

What you will be doing:
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
* Investment acquisition and sales
* Commercial leasing
* Renewable energy projects
* Healthcare
* Utilities
* Real Estate Finance
You will have the opportunity to:
* Assist on complex transactions while gradually building autonomy
* Manage elements of your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to delivering an excellent client service
What you will need:
* Scottish qualified Solicitor at NQ–2 PQE, with experience or a strong interest in commercial property
* A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn and develop
* Strong initiative and enthusiasm in a fast‑paced environment
* Good organisation and time-management skills
