We are looking for a Support Worker to support a young lady who lives in Cramlington. The young lady has ADHD, a mild Learning Disability, and suffers from anxiety. She requires support for 6 hours per week on a Saturday. The role is to help her access the local community and enjoy social and leisure facilities. A sense of humour is essential as she loves being around people and having fun.
Hours Breakdown: 6 hours per week on a Saturday
Key Responsibilities

Training Requirements

Transportation Requirements
